Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
Same-day and emergency appointments may incur additional fees.
Signers must be present and provide valid, acceptable identification.
Travel & Service fees may apply based on document complexity, location, and appointment time.
Identification Requirements
All signers must present a current, government-issued photo ID that complies with TX notary laws.
The name on the ID should substantially match the name on the document.
Expired IDs are not accepted per state law.
Services may be refused if:
-Proper identification cannot be provided.
-A signer appears unwilling to sign.
-A signer appears unable to understand the transaction.
-The requested notarization is prohibited by law.
Notarial Acts
The notary is an impartial witness and cannot provide legal advice.
Documents may be refused if the signer cannot be properly identified, appears unwilling, or lacks awareness of the transaction.
The notary reserves the right to decline services that violate applicable laws or regulations.
Travel & Wait Time
Travel fees are disclosed before the appointment.
A waiting fee may apply if the appointment is delayed beyond 15 minutes.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a travel or cancellation fee.
Rescheduling requests are accommodated whenever possible.
Document Delivery
Loan documents should be received before the appointment whenever possible.
Delays in document delivery may require rescheduling.
Signing Agent Role
The signing agent facilitates document execution but does not provide legal, tax, financial, or lending advice.
Questions regarding loan terms should be directed to the lender, title company, escrow officer, or attorney.
Printing & Scanbacks
Additional fees may apply for large document packages, multiple sets, or required scanbacks.
Completed documents are returned according to client instructions.
Facilitation Disclaimer
We provide document facilitation services to assist clients with obtaining apostilles and related authentications.
We are not a government agency and do not issue apostilles.
We facilitate document submission and retrieval through the appropriate authorities.
Processing Times
Processing times are estimates and depend on government agencies, shipping carriers, and document requirements.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
-Government processing times.
-Incorrect or incomplete documents.
-Shipping carrier delays.
-Third-party agencies.
Document Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete documents.
Additional fees may apply if documents require correction, re-notarization, or resubmission.
Fees & Payment
Fees will be disclosed before services are performed whenever possible.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
Accepted payment methods are listed within your confirmation email.
Government filing fees, shipping costs, and third-party fees are separate when applicable.
Refunds
Notarial fees are non-refundable once a notarization has been completed.
Travel fees, administrative fees, shipping fees, government fees, and third-party charges are non-refundable once incurred.
